If you are not completely satisfied with your product you may return it to us within 14 days of receipt. Item(s) being returned must be in the exact same, like-new condition as it was sent. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Once the return is received, we will examine it and if qualified a refund of the purchase price, minus a $3.00 restocking fee, will be issued within 5 business days per the method original payment was received. Buyer may also choose to exchange the item or receive a store credit.
DAMAGE: If an item arrives damaged Buyer must contact us immediately, but no later than 24 hours of package being delivered. Buyer must retain all packing and we may require photos to be sent in order for a claim to be filed. Any damage reported after the 24 hr period will not be honored. Damaged item must be returned to us, at Buyer’s expense. We must receive the damaged item(s) back no later than 48 hours from receipt in order for us to honor a replacement. Once we receive the damaged item back we will send a replacement to Buyer.
